Pork Bolognese
Pork Bolognese Recipe Ingredients : 500g (1lb) pork mince 2 bell peppers (any color), diced 1 onion, finely chopped 6 garlic cloves, minced 400g (14oz) tinned tomatoes 2.5 tbsp tomato purée Olive oil (for cooking) Salt and black pepper (to taste) Optional: dried herbs (such as oregano, thyme, or basil), red chili flakes for heat Instructions : Prepare the ingredients : Dice the bell peppers, finely chop the onion, and mince the garlic. Open the tinned tomatoes and have your tomato purée ready. Sauté the vegetables : Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened and fragrant. Add the bell peppers and cook for another 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Brown the pork mince : Push the vegetables to the sides of the pan and add the pork mince to the center.
